Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must own the social accounts you connect and have the right to authorize access to their data. You must comply with the platform terms of any connected service, including TikTok and YouTube.

2. Connecting your accounts

Registration requires connecting at least one supported platform (TikTok and/or YouTube). We read only your own public profile and statistics to compute your score — see the Privacy Policy for exactly what is accessed for each platform.

• TikTok: profile, account stats, and your own videos with views, likes, comments, and shares.
• YouTube: channel info and stats, and your own videos with views, likes, and comments (the YouTube Data API does not provide shares).

This application uses YouTube API Services; by using it you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.

3. Scoring, tiers & rankings

Your monthly campaign score is computed from your connected-platform performance and maps to one of five tiers (Beginner, Professional, Superstar, Elite, Legend). Scores, tiers, and rankings are determined at our reasonable discretion and may be adjusted to correct errors or address fraud, bot activity, or policy violations.

By joining, you consent to being ranked publicly — your position, name/handle, avatar, and score may appear on public pages. Detailed analytics remain private to you.

4. Benefits & prizes

Benefits (such as personal-brand support, exclusive merchandise, early access, and TF Coins) and prizes are subject to availability and any additional rules we publish. We may modify or withdraw benefits where reasonably necessary.

5. Acceptable use

• No artificial inflation of metrics (bots, purchased engagement, fraud).
• No content that is illegal, infringing, or violates platform policies.
• No attempt to access other creators’ private data or the Program’s systems.

Violations may result in score adjustment, disqualification, or removal from the Program.

6. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of your content. You grant us a limited license to display your public profile fields (name/handle, avatar) and aggregate stats for the purpose of operating the Program’s leaderboard and directory. We do not post on your behalf or use your data for advertising.

7. Termination

You may leave the Program at any time by disconnecting your accounts. We may suspend or terminate participation for breach of these Terms. On termination, we delete or anonymize your stored Program data as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimers & liability

The Program is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your participation.

9. Changes & contact
